I don't have much news to report, except that a large portion of my previous days has been invested in watching the extended editions of the Lord of the Rings. I'm yet to watch The Return of the King, but I'm loving the new scenes and things that have been included. I forget how much I love Tolkien when I'm not involved with him.

Yesterday evening I got a phone call from Elaine to see if I fancied some beers at Becky's. There was five of us there and it was a funny evening. Becky was quite tipsy. I'm meeting up with Elaine tomorrow to have coffee and consider dying my hair blonder than the sun's made it. Oh the woes of the ginger kid.

Iona's back from Russia, too, and it's good to have someone else in the house to talk to. She's gone out with her friend Iain for some stuff in town, and to use his internet, but I've managed to find a signal in the house.

Also meeting up with Helen tomorow night for a Rainbow Bar-Crawl. We haven't gayed it up together for a while, so it should be a good laugh. Pictures to follow, folks.
